The Sabbatical Programme is specially designed for international, senior executives and high achieving professionals. The programme is highly experiential as a condensed version of 'real-life in a structured alternative setting'. You learn about the demands of self-leadership and leadership of others in organisations through a community of shared purpose created by the participants.
The Sabbatical 'works below the surface of leadership', connecting the individual, co-workers and the organisation with how the individual operates, survives and influences within these.
Please note this is a residential programme in two parts.
Part One | 10-day Programme
Monday 1st to Wednesday 10th March 2027
Part Two | 4-day Review
Saturday 24th to Tuesday 27th April 2027
