For Senior leaders and professionals looking to lead organisational change
“To lead others, you must first be able to lead yourself”
Senior leaders wanting to be more effective in directly leading organisational change and transferring skills to others, within your own organisation or as professional consulting to change leaders.
That you will become an effective change leader, able to facilitate critical and effective interventions at the level of the Individual, the Group and the Organisation.
Able as issues arise to determine, in the heat of the moment, which level is the most suitable point for focus – in your own organisation or as consultant – and to effectively transfer these skills to others.
Building, strengthening, and integrating skills for facilitating and developing people across the spectrum. Understanding and linking these to change, growth, personal integrity, vision for self, others, and the organisation.
Developing and building upon your skills through experiential learning and targeted academic inputs:
The strength of our programme embedded in its capacity for facilitating critical and effective interventions through the unique cross-over of these skills.
In our ‘practice ground’ you are honest, dealing openly with emotional glitches, giving tough feedback and getting on without drama – seeing the connection between all these in creating solid inter-personal and intra-personal relationships.
Preparing you for facilitating wider organisational cultures by valuing ‘leadership with transparency and integrity;’ for handling risk in a world of complex and often toxic leadership environments.
Consisting of four modules with inter-vision and supervision in between – spread over a period of two years:
