For those ready to experiment with how they carry responsibility for self and others in their own roles – and who wish to progress their level of insight, understanding and capability for producing outcomes round the organisational task.
Developing you further as a skilled facilitator, through the fundamental idea of taking responsibility for your own learning by shaping the programme to meet your own needs and objectives. Growing your capacity for managing projects, teams, work units, task forces, and learning groups.

The concept for the Trainees is based around a core set of elements, and then giving you choice in a variety of optional elements – choosing both what you do and how much.
We will start each stream with a trainee group negotiation and planning session.
You then have the choice of the optional elements then leads to a further choice of the type of endpoint/recognition.
Stage 1
The core includes two steams:
Leadership Insight
Focusing on personal development – self-awareness and self-leadership. You will receive personal consulting on your Leadership Insight from a LI consultant furthering your personal objectives.
Action Learning
Relating to others and operating in the work environment. You will receive consultancy on a chosen project you’re working on (Practise Ground 1) and give advice to projects your fellow group members are working on furthering your professional goals.
An integral part across both streams will be theory inputs on psychodynamic systems, theory, leadership, and dynamics of organisational life.
The Core follows the structure of understanding the individual in three steps. Self | Self and Other | Self, the Other and the Organisation.

Practice Ground 3
These projects aim to develop self-leadership, organisational cooperation and understanding of the personal impact of citizenship amongst the participants.
