For young leaders in their twenties and thirties, the OFL programme will alert you to the issues that play out in complex organisational situations. You can use this experiential programme in order to develop your creativity and maturity, use your existing strengths to experiment with situations that you will encounter over the coming ten years at work.
Please note this is a residential programme in two parts.
